As part of me moving to Bulgaria is to open an AirB&B in my out building. I’ve named it the ‘Sung’ and its a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette and bathroom, air-conditioming and off street parking.
Full renovation is current under way and I’m hoping to be live by mid summer. the plan is to be open throughout the year for summertime in the mountains and winter on the local ski slopes, Malyovitsa is 18 minutes away, Borrovets 25 minutes and rummors the village tows might reopen.
The Rila National Park can be accessed from Malyovitsa with a 3 hour walk to the Lakes. Govedartsi has a good selection of restaurants and shops and the town of Samokov is about 15 mins drive away for major supplies.
Its a challenging but superb project and still a long way to go to meet my standards, hopefully see you latter in 2024
