The slightly crazy Yorkshireman is on an adventure living life in the Bulgarian mountains. Retired and spending most days those beautiful Rila mountains to climb in both summer and winter and two ski resorts on the doorstep, join me on a journey in the hills and cities in Bulgaria.
History is also one of my passions so often exploring the past both in ancient and modern periods, Bulgaria has so much to offer.
Born and bred in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England and spending most of my life in the Yorkshire Dales, Bulgaria is the perfect place to put down some roots. After loosing my beautiful partner Galia to cancer, I’ve decided Bulgaria is my forever home and am building a new life in the village Govedartsi.
